I have never been this insulted as a customer. I called 0821946, to follow up on the payment I made on the 25th July if it had been received. I have terminated my contract with Vodacom, upon calling I was told there's 93c outstanding, It did not make sense to me that I have this amount outstanding because when I went to Vodashop at Boulders I told them I want to settle all outstanding fees, they told me its R577 which its payment was done EFT same day. This Lisbon Mashaba boy made me feel stupid by laughing at me and being rude when I was trying to explain to him that getting to the shops for me is impossible as I work till late even that day when I made that payment I had to make a special arrangement to leave work early. I CANNOT LEAVE WORK EARLY for a mere 93c that is NOT EVEN MY FAULT WAS OMITTED . He further went on to say that I will be blacklisted for this amount If I dont pay, I was also advised since I cant go to the shop to settle this they will have it written off which will reflect always in my credit profile. I am angry because there's no way I would have afforded to pay R577 and leave out 93c, its just ridiculous. I will also report the incident with ICASA.
