Emailing of Statement

Everymonth we phone VODACOM to add an email address to the account so that we can get the statement emailed to us, and yet EVERY month I have to speak to some consultant who yes is only doing their job and following protocol, but honestly the frustration could have been avoided if one person could actually just add my husbands email address onto his account so that I can see how much I need to pay!!!

Why is that so difficult!!!
