Ok, I've had enough of this. After posting a report on the 19/07, eventually a manager did call, only that i was busy and couldn't take the call. She left a message, with no number or surname for me to get back to her!!! Like really??? I want this issue sorted out now, as its been dragging on for to long and to date NOBODY CAN GET BACK TO ME OR GIVE ME ANSWERS!!! I am planning on taking this further and I will be contacting the necessary people to have this sorted out.
