It's been three weeks since I tried to get confirmation from MTN that my cell nr 0737770332 has migrated to pay as you go, and therefore owes MTN nothing. I have been sent from pillar to post, and every other call centre agent simply tells you we cant help you coz this number is now on pay as you go... blah blah blah.
