Incorrect contract

I upgraded in June 13 at Makro. I requested that I continue with the contract I have been on for 4 years... Makro staff did not inform me that this particular contract was not available!! (I suspect that Cell C did not inform them!!) The contract that I had I paid R139 plus R44 charge for phoneshure, at the end of June an amount of R275.74 was put through AND on the 1/7 phonesure R44 AND AGAIN on the 11/7. I phoned and the account dept told me that the old contract had been discontinued!! and that they will look into the charges. I request that they immediatly send me my account and that my account gets sent to me monthly on my email address... have not received anything from them. I have just seen that R208 went through my bank 31/07/13!!
