I wanted to cancel my telephone line on 2013-07-16 the lady at the call centre 10210 said I can downgrade to a prepaid called 'wire wire' for R170 per year and I agreed, and that it should take a day.
Up to now I phoned the call centre 4 times, visited a Telkom office and open a complaint on Telkom site, and still the order shows 'executing' with no progress on the order.
