I bought a cell phone in jan 2013 from mtn, i was not happy with the phone so i returned it within 7 days.i went to mtn in umhlanga were i returned the phone. A lady said she with call the guy that sold me the phone and cancel the contract.mtn's policy is that if u return the phone within 7 to 10 days they will cancel the contract.i called the call centre for the past 4 months not 1 consultant could help me.mtn is deducting the installment every month yet i dont have the phone. Sad to say the next step is to get my lawyers involved.mtn service is 10 times worse then any other network.the consultants are just terrible, they promise to contact me twice with feedback and they failed to.i called mtn more then 20 times to cancel and refund me and not 1 contsultant could help me.mtn's sales and service.
