I lost my sim card and wanted to do sim swop, spoke to Ms keabetsoa from the call centre - she could not assist me as a customer, her only response was " sir I understand what you saying" this was like an automated reply and i let her know that she does not understand what im saying and requested I speak to the team leader, as usual team leaders are always in meetings, i called through at 13h15 and it is 18h00 now and nobody did call back - i did inform ms Keabetsoa that i will complain on hello peter and will complain on cell c website - still waiting for the call - Guess that they receive so many complaints about the call centre that they cannot keep up - Where is Mr trevor Noah now
oh by the way did anybody notice that cell c does not have an email address on the site to email complaints to.
