Supplying wrong information on my credit record

ITC have noted that I haven't paid my Autopage account for March, April & May 2012. This record reflect bad on me as I'm trying to make loan and refused to be granted as there is this record. Autopage said all my accounts are up to date and confirmed that they have send the a message to say I pay all my dirt.
