I disputed a bill in Jan 2013 for R8900. Unable to get through to the call centre to resolve, I stopped the payment and mailed the dispute to [Email Removed] on 2 occasions. No response was received, however an amount of R1200.23 was deducted from my account on the 31/01. I received my statement in Feb reflecting a Zero balance and the R1200.23 reflected as Jan's payment. Still no correspondence received I assumed the problem was rectified as that was approx my average bill.

Today I received a reply from the bank that my Home Loan was not approved due to a listing from MTN (no correspondence to this effect received). I immediately contacted the call centre for resolution, only to receive a response that legal will contact me within 48-72 hours, I was not able to discuss with anyone from management or be provided with contact details of anyone legal. I went into a MTN store to be told the same information.

I may potentially lose this property through no fault of my mine, but rather from no feedback / response from MTN. Over the duration of my 2yr contract I have paid across approx. R50k be treated with no respect.

Please could this receive urgent attention and resolve
