This is my 4th complaint & there is no improvement with the data connection. I have proceded to lodge a complaint with the toothless NCC regarding breach of contract & non delivery of services as stated in the CPA under "Consumer's rights with respect to delivery of goods or supply of service".
Moving to CellC has disrupted my routines, costing me extra to have internet at home as I have to purchase internet from another supplier & or stay late at the office. As stated previously there are THREE contracts in my household because of your advertising but ultimate failure to deliver services. Please contact me with a proposed solution & not an excuse.
