I logged 2 calls with Telkom on Friday 29th November, the first via the Telkom online website and the second via my ISP - AXXESS to request Telkom to fix my telephone / ADSL line.
I cannot make or receive telephone calls and my internet which was a 2MB ADSL line is performing like a 640Kb line! Its been 2 weeks and we have phoned Telkom several times asking for updates and we specifically told them to call me to make an arrangement to gain access to my property but NO, they stand at my gate like banging on my gate only to call me later (the cable guy instead of the ADSL guy) to tell me they were there but couldn't get access???
I tell this guy to let his office know they must (1) send the right technician and (2) call me to make an appointment to gain access to the property... and guess what has happened since??? NOTHING! No wonder Telkom is losing traction with clients, everyone is moving away!
Get my problems sorted out, and credit me for the week and half that I had not had services!!! REF: 336BRK291113
