12Days without phone lines/no response from Telkom

I have reported my phone and adsl line to Telkom on the 16th of January and have received no service yet. The call centre simply say there is nothing they can do if I phone to inquire on the status of the complaint. There is also no reaction even after I have escalated the complaint on their website. They do not deliver their service as per contract but still has to be paid at the end of the month.
