2 Months: No Feedback. Ignored emails, No Calls

I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Two months ago I contacted Mweb wanting to change our business email to a more suitable solution for our needs. After explaining all the requirements [Access from multiple devices, retaining of old emails, multiple email accounts ] to be advised on most suitable solution I was told that a Hosted Solution with archiving would be what is required. It has now been over 2 months. Not only have they managed to not do anything that was required of them, they have managed to cut off our email account for 4 days. Loose numerous emails. pass the buck and generally do nothing other than frustrate me.

I started dealing with Gerrard Manuel who is absolutely useless. I then finally escalated it to his Manager, Ronetta, who is even more useless. Finally I asked for it to be escalated to her manager, Athena??? Ronetta has blatantly refused to escalate the inquiry. None of my emails are responded to. None of my calls are returned, and when I do call everyone is always out, on lunch or busy. Ronetta tells me that it has been handed over to the Cape Town branch and they are not providing her with feedback which is why I am not getting any... HELP!!!
