Another week without being able to use data

Well, this is now week 2 I am posting, and I think I will just continue this habit till I actually get a real answer from Cell C.. not just " we will have a person contact you"

3072300318 and 3072501843.. these would be my 2 reference numbers on my problem! I get no signal. I have actually found that if I FORCE my phone to roam onto vodacom and completely ignore cell c, I can recieve calls! Yea! I only get edge data though then...

I try every night to use Cell C for the data... still no luck though, Worse is the lying signal, my phone says h, OR 3G OR H, BUT NOTHING WILL LOAD OR WORK... and this is a problem I have heard before from cell c users... What a wonderful network...
