Over two weeks and still no response???

I had requested to move my line rental back to Telkom and asked them how long it would take
Cybersmart intially responded by informing me that I would require a month's notice and asking my reason to change back to Telkom.

After my reply, explaining my reason for changing back to Telkom, I asked when will my line be transferred back Telkom, that is one month after giving notice, or one month from notice?
That was on the 15 July 2013.
Since then, over two weeks ago, Cybersmart still have not answered my question.

This is a very simple question.

My query (Cybersmart#5063851) has been given a number but what is the use if they don't reply you.

I have been with Cybersmart for over 5 years, and this is how they treat loyal customers, I hate to be on the other end of a new customer.

Stay away from Cybersmart, they do not know what Good Service is.
