Cancel your'e contract gives me a Headache

Hi There
With numerous attempts to phone the call center. I am trying to cancel my contract but still have months left on my contract and need a settlement amount so that i can get iburst out of my life. I have no reception, nothing at all due to that i had to move from one town to another for a better job position.
When i phoned in every call center agent had a different amount i had to pay to settle my account for good. Every call center agent promised me to send me the proforma invoice which I'm still waiting for.

This is bad service and I'm not pleased with it at all. iburst never gaved me good service from the beginning. I've spent thousand of Rands on new equipment which was 2x different antennas for better reception. Then i was told i will have to get the better modem which is the 2mb modem and it is still not giving me 2x the speed guaranteed by iburst. The 2mb modem i got with an renewal of contract and it let me to a very disappointing customer.

What must i do? It is just once again proving to me that this service provider is not working for me or any other customer out there.

Still waiting to get you out of my life!!!
