I called to enquire as to why I did not receive a statement or sms this month. My email still awaits reply. I understand that 3 security questions can be asked to verify the caller. However when Matemba started by asking my credit limit I was stunned. How many people will know that.? I told him to ask me 3 other quetions. I gave him my residential address and then he said I had to call again so that new questions can be generated. Really??? I know my name, address, ID, phone nos but let's be reasonable about what the client is expected to remember. This is utterly ridiculous Kulula. All I want is a statement that I did not receive.
