Once again, Cell C has proven to not adhere to their own promises. After having to lodge a complaint on this website, I was eventually contacted by Cell C. I entered into a payment arrangement with them, which they telephonically accepted and confirmed.
To my surprise, they deducted the full outstanding amount due and not the payment that was agreed to.
I telephoned and once again, NO-ONE has returned my call or even apologised for the oversight.
I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department, Gauteng Province and any other consumer complaints forum that there is.
I find there code of conduct unacceptable and customer services atrocious.
