I was lured into porting my number from Vodacom to Cell C through one of their seemingly good contract offers. I signed the contract and ported my number mid April 2013. I have since missed more than 90% of my calls resulting in high loss in sales and untold opportunity cost.
I have called Cell C and since June have been given the runaround and empty promises of some technicians who are going to get hold of me to fix the problem. I regret ever porting my number and would really like to cancel this contract but I also dont want to pay unreasonable and highly unfair penalties. Cell C is not delivering the service that I need but are instead costing me a lot of money in sales that I miss due to this line always being unreachable.
Public be warned, stay away from Cell C!!!
