The issue of my ID number being used for two other contracts - is still unresolved.
Ignoring my emails is not very professional - as stated in my last email - I still need proof that both contracts are removed from my ID number.
2 and a half months have passed and still this issue has not been resolved.
I am also waiting to be reimbursed for the calls made to you to resolve this.
Can we please resolve this matter asap.
