I have been trying to contact autopage credit department and cannot get through for the last two days!!!
the problem i have is that i communicated with Autopage regarding my account via email-firstly for a readjustment of our installment. the response i got was that it would be sent though to head office! that was plus minus two months ago. i again communicated via email regarding a settlement letter for my account yesterday.again i got the same reply.the issue with this is that you keep confusing me with my fathers accounts at autopage even though i stated in bold that the contracts i am querying is for me, and i gave full details. are you just ignoring what i have stated twice??? i gave all the details possible but unfortunately do not have the cellphone numbers for the contracts. i gave my full name and ID number, which shows that you do not check all the details! im annoyed now as i need this settlement letter asap and hopefully i can get through to you this way!!!
