On monday 29th of july I phoned telkom on my cellphone regarding my faulty telephone line.eversince that day ivphoned them every single day and got diffrent ref numbers 4 every call.they apparently fixed the line on their side but my phne line still faulty.thn they said they gonna send someone out, till this day no one came out to have a look at the problem.this is so unacceptable.its pathetic. I need to use my phone for important matters. I'm very dissapointed in telkom.
