Thank you for resolving my issue but i would like to bring it to your attention that Basheera has a pathetic attitude towards customers even though the fault was on Autopages side. Also, i sent my phone in with a battery and recieved it back without a battery.
i would like to know from you guys... Do you really think a reply on hellopeter saying sorry for the inconvenience resolves a matter? your company messes up, and given the oppurtunity to recover, does not even do that properly!!!
