I seriously did not want it to get to this but after going onto my bank account for the 3rd month in a row I have noticed deductions off my account.

It has taken me a few emails and phone calls to have some one phone me back to say it would be sorted out. I am now tired of corresponding and more tired of money been taken off my account.

ELITE MOBILE - get competent people to work for you!!! Is this the service we have become used to in South Africa, and companies wonder why they need to retrench people because most have a NEVERMIND attitude.

I would like my account refunded and bank charges the same.
