I took a cell contract with Elite Mobile, I am supposed to Pay 99.00 rand a month but what is happening Elite Mobile runs multiple debts on my account, some running in the middle of the month and other running at the end of the month, this conduct amounts to breach of contract and they have been doing this since February 2012.
I discussed this matter with them, talking to a guy by the name of Yakisa and he promised me they will refund me but instead they only refunded 800.00 rand and when I ask they tell me the outsanding amount is approved and will be refunded. Instead of refunding my money they increase the number of debits changing even the names of the debit orders.
This has put my account in a bad state. Will you please assist me recover my money from Elite Mobile and to stop them from running debits on my account.
