I was under the impression that the service from Telkom had improved, well sadly not. I have been waiting for over a week - in fact almost two weeks for Telkom to repair my service. Last week on Tuesday they phone me to say that they were coming to repair the service on Wednesday, I told them that I was not available, so she said that they would come on Thursday at 8.30am - and of course nobody arrived. The only response you get from the Telkom is that their technician are working on the fault. Wake up Telkom, Neotel offer a much better service.
