I have been battling to get a response from both ICASA and SA Post Office since August 2012!
Two overseas parcels never arrived at their destinations. On 2 August 2012, I queried this at the Post Office from which they were sent by completing the necessary forms. Never got a response. On 3 December 2012 and 4 January 2013, I wrote 2 complaints on Hellopeter. Still no resolution to my problem. All Post Offices have a "Complaints Procedure" displayed. I had been following this procedure and the last step is to contact ICASA which I did on 5 February and 11 March 2013. Guess what, it is now 25 March 2013 and I still have had no response or resolution. If ICASA can't help, what is one to do???
