TV sold as Full HD

Hi guys, on Saturday I came in to swop out a TV which you incorrectly advertised as full HD.

The replacement I took, is also not full HD as advertised AND as the salesman informed me.

The TV you sold me: SAMSUNG ps51f4900
with resolution: 1024 x 768. (720p), NOT 1920 x 1080 (1080p).

I am amazed that you continue to advertise all your TV's as full HD... as this constitutes false / advertising. What's more... is that you sold it to me for nearly R10, 000 rand!!! The price range of the genuine full HD version (PS51E550D1R). The 720p version that I purchased normally goes for around R8, 000!!!

I expect someone to contact me to arrange collection of my TV and full refund NOW!!! as I have already been through the process of bringing one back to your store.
