Dear DSTV,
On the 1st Feb an update was released for IOS. (Version 6, 1).. as Ive been assured you are aware, the iDrifta does not work on any IOS device running version 6.1... you as DSTV advertise the iDrifta as compatible with any IOS device running version 4.2 or higher (as described in [URL Removed]
). No where do you state that the device will only work on devices running version 4.2 to 6.. This amounts to false advertising and I would like to know how and when you will remedy this as we as consumers have purchased this device and are now unable to use it.

The only response I have received is that "you are aware of the problem and technicians are working at resolving it"... 3 weeks have passed since the IOS update was released. Is this acceptable?
Any DSTV mobile user not on the premium packages IS PAYING for this service.

I feel that something needs to be done in order to remedy this immediately.
Possibly offer customers to swap for the wireless drifta (paying in the difference of course) in order for them to continue using this service.
