Someone migrated my package to a top up without my consent. was still talking to my son on the 13th when my airtime ran out. Since then tried to call, send mails etc. but response only from one branch in Menlyn, Pta. The rest makes empty promises, about when the service will be restored etc. Currently still not able to use my phone after 2 weeks and still have not received ANY RESPONSE that would solve my problem! Useless and empty promises and about 10 different references but they cannot fix and worse they promise to respond but does nothing. My new package is now also even more expensive that my previous package! Can you believe this??? Only two, members from Menlyn branch where I logged a call in person tried to help: Colette and Kowie. well done to then. can not wait for my contract to expire to move to another supplier if this is the way they are treating loyal customers that was with them now for almost 15 years plus.
