Money for nothing!

I have many cell contracts with Autopage. One of the phones got from a driver and he did not report it for fear or punishment. He arranged another phone for himself and the contract became inactive. We recently discovered the fault and found out that the monthly R317.98 has been deducted on an inactive phone for over three years. As the primary contract holder I was not informed of this at any stage. I approached Menlyn branch to resolve this and after two weeks of unanswered calls, not returning calls and then empty promises of head office answers within the next day I have now lost patience. The worst is that I got told by one of the shop assistants that the only way I will get results is to post a complaint on hellopeter!
