Last month MTN debited R752.00 off my acc for a contract I never took with them. I called them and was told that the contract A4604597 was under some person called Vukani Shange.
I was told to send an affidavit and supporting docs to prove it's my acc of which I did. Was then told via email that the department was investigating the query, this was now on 07/07/2013.
It took them 15 days to give me feedback and that's after I complained about the silence I was getting from MTN. And when they did reply I was hit with a one liner "contract was and has been terminated we apologise for the inconvenience" are u kidding me!? After u had dealings with a criminal and activating a contract without verifying the details first, the inconvenience u caused me and the stress I was under that's all u could say?
Who is Vukani Shange and where was this contract opened? Was it gonna hurt for u to give me proper feedback without me running after u MTN?? im so disgusted with MTN!!! Poor service!!! Fire that correspondence team u have because they are actually pathetic!! Are u protecting one of your staff members? And did it occur to u that I may wanna open a case of?
