I organised a payment with MTN and was assured by Arthur Khambule that I wouldnt be double billed and he would take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen and affect my cashflow and bank debit orders.

I noticed that an amount came off today and immediately asked him to provide clarity in writing to ensure our arrangement is adhered to. He has not responded and its worrying me. Maidi Molefe was copied.

Please can someone contact me ASAP to ensure a problem doesnt arise month end or to ensure that other affected parties can be notified.
