ACCOUNT BILLING FOR BIS IN ERROR!!!

MTN has been billing me for blackberry internet service for the past 14 months whereas i have been using an Iphone for that period and this is of my opinion a neglectful error on their side. I've queried this with MTN, the consultant being Hloni Tsotetsi from the Fairlands Branch said "it is a difficult task trying to retrieve such information". hey apparently have absolutely no record of my claim logged during February 2012, its a contract which I've had for years with them and OBVIOUSLY i would have notified MTN regarding this. They told me to enquire with the Insurance company which is another nightmare, AUTO & GENERAL - just so everyone knows!!! In fact, I've never had good service from MTN and cannot fathom why im still stuck with them when they provide such service. I demand that they credit me for all those months immediately and a I also demand a breakdown of al the unnecessary things im being for- see below
