I called this service provider in April requesting for my contract to be cancelled. The reason was because the cellphone could not read the simcard the issued with the phone. The agent I spoke to in April said the last debit was going to be taken at the end of June 2013. To my amazement they debited my account today. I called their terminations department today and the buffoon I spoke to transferred me to a line that was not attended to.

Virgin Mobile I do not want anything to do with you anymore so please refund my money that you took from my account today. I'm confident that a competent employee of this service provider will resolve this matter amicably.
