Took my phone into Nashua Mobile after it was damaged. I have been paying for an insurance that suppose to give me piece of mind! After a week I have heard nothing from them regarding a repair or a replacement. So much for piece of mind. They tell me to call their 0861 number, but they just tell me what I already know. I was given a loan phone that was worst than a damaged two way radio. Nashua then done their part and gave me a smart phone, but I cannot keep using this phone and updating all my details. I have lost many emails and potentially some business, that by the way pays for the Nashua account. I should have cancelled when I had the chance. Please be aware guys this insurance they offer does not give you piece of mind and it is a total inconvenience. Rather insure through your personal insurance!!!
