It is with GREAT disappointment that I raise this complaint
I have been experiencing problems with my line for the past few months, resulting in me having to call customer care numerous times.
Due to the incorrect allocation of my payment, I was charged penalty fees and now have a bad credit record, as the consultant "kindly informed me of" (because of my so-called late payment a.k.a my payment not being allocated after I sent my proof of payment) due to the numerous submitting of the debit order after I had cancelled the debit order. I have to phone regarding the same problem month after month.
After the payment was sorted out (well for this month at least) I lost cell service and have been "cut-off" since Monday 22 July 2013, I logged a complaint... surprise, surprise... no feedback!!
I am greatly disappointed as I have been experiencing problem after problem... Quite FRUSTRATING!!!
