No resolution to complaint in the last week

I posted a week ago and Autopage post a reply saying they would look into the matter and get back to me. Well, they haven't, and they haven't even contacted the branch involved. How long does it take to sort a relatively simple accounting problem? (Including the three months I've already waited...)
