Neotel put me on ITC

I applied for a cellphone contract by MTN and after a week I was informed that my application has been declined due to a bad payment profile on ITC. I take my credit record serious and try to pay my debt quicker than required, I've not missed a payment maybe late payment but I've always ensure monthly payment. I contacted ITC on the mail from service provider to figure out how this happened and was directed to transunion. To my amazement I was shocked to find out that a Neotel account that I closed in Feb 2013 showed red (more than 150) for Aug, Sep and Oct 2013. I immediately contacted the call centre and consultant said that I have an outstanding amount of .93 cents short and without notifying me or trying to recover the amount from me blacklisted me on itc. The surprising part is that there was a debit order and I paid an entire month fees not knowing that there is no coverage where I reside and now I get a bad payment record for 93 cents. Consultant informed me that his manager will contact me to sort the matter out but since Wednesday I still did not recieve a call. Kindly advise on clearing my credit status if Neotel clears it would be faster then ITC submitting a dispute.
