My adsl has not been working for 3 weeks now. I've logged 5 or more calls and each time they say the problem has been resolved but its still not working. When I call the help centre they test the adsl and agree there is a problem but all they can do is log another call which gets closed without the problem being resolved.
I've asked to speak to a manager but they are never available and don't call you back.
Can you please send a service technician to my house to resolve the problem.
