POOR SERVICE

Sent my galaxy tab in for service said on my paper work 3-5 working day after 2 weeks went to check nothing 3 weeks nothing a month nothing 5 weeks then someone called the repair center who told them that it never got to them. Then the staff at mtn tracked it to a which happened which my tab was included. now they saying they waiting for the courier company to replace the handset which is 7 weeks now. i have to go to the store to hear what is going on they wont even think of call me to let me know. whenever we speak to someone they just say we will call you still waiting.
