My ADSL line has not been working for a week. I have logged several calls and every time I get an sms to say the service has been restored, but it is still not working. What must you do to get someone to come and fix the problem. I am tired of speaking to the call centre telling me to switch off and on my router. I have even bought a new modem and still the adsl line is not working!!! This is the type of service Telkom gives to their customers, and expect you to pay for a service that is not WORKING!!!
