GIVING BAD SERVICE A NEW NAME

I applied for a Top Up contract on the website as they say it is cheaper and fast. I have been waiting for going for four weeks waiting for the phone. Everytime I call its a different story including one where they then told me that they don't have and are longer going to have stock of the phone (I applied for) that they currently have advertised on the website! I have tried to be patient and loyal but really to say that what I have received is bad service would be putting things too kindly. My resolution now is to port my number to a different network where maybe the people are a bit more serious!!!
