Is it possible that repairs for a BB cell phone can take more than a month to be repaired, the centre button broke and Vodacom Bedfordview do not phone or follow up on the status of the repairs, maybe they do not realise that an out of order cell phone means business loss for months, and BB phones are also flimsy, especially the centre button, they ask how can we contact you, I wonder why they ask that question, they never follow up
