She was rude and she didnt even want to listen

I phoned customer care looking for help not looking for a person who will insult my intelligence. I asked her to help me and she said she cant help me. I asked her to call her Superviser for me she said the supervisor will tell me the same thing. The supervisor wont help me too. On the backround she talked to the supervisor after talking to a supervisor she came back to me and she said she is transfering me to a supervisor then she dropped the phone. The supervisor did not come back to me. I phone again, Busi and her Supervisor gave me excellent and perfect service I have phone for at the beginning. Compliments to Busi and Zodwa but I want the bad service that I received from the Consultant Ruwuaida to end as from now going forward. gives us duties and we must respect those duties.
