Ive been with MTN for a while now, recently i have been recieving calls from numbers i do not recognise, the electronic voice on the other side tells me if i want to subscribe i must press 9, and to unsubscribe press 0. then hangs up, i didnt press anything! fair to say i didnt subscribe as i did not go through the action. Not so, MTN allowed a company called integrat to bill me a whole month, about R3 a day, without my knowledge, without the all important double opt in service that Vodacom uses (and saves its customers thousands). MTN simply says, your problem deal with it, pathetic, if i could leave this cell company i would!
MTN PLEASE START WAKING UP AND USE A DOUBLE OPT IN POLICY LIKE YURE MORE CLIENT CENTRIC OPPONENTS VODACOM!!
