TRYING TO GET AN ASWER FROM MTN IS IMPOSSIBLE

I've have made five different calls to various numbers... press 1... press 6... press 2... press 5... press 4 and so it goes. When the person (Mpo) came on line I told him I want to black list a black berry. He tells me he wants the cell number not the serial no??? puts me through to some other line..and again..its a whole menue of press this and press that but no option to black list your phone. After an hour I gave up.

Secondly, the sound quality is terrible, whats wrong with it... when's it going to improve??

Hope someone calls me as I need to block this phone now!!
