I applied for a TElkom mix 2 @ the call centre, my line was smoothy connected... i went to Telkom Shop@Witbank to collect the phone (BB), i was told that they dont know how to process such an order. The agent named Kulani and his Manager Tricia they kept me waiting over 3 hours at the Shop.
Still no solution, my question is how can a store manager fail to load an order, i mean really now my Sister had the same order and she went an collect @ centurion she got her fone with no hassle. This is not the 1st time i experience a BAD service at this Telkom store... i will suggest they get well equipped/trained/knowledgeable personnel for the job.
