Applied for Service - September 2012

We applied for a line - September 2012 and were told that the infrastructure is not in order. After several calls and visits to the Telkom offices at the mall and a very unhelpful manager there, we were supplied with a 8ta dongle. It is a year later and their is still no lines available! We phoned Telkom again and spoke to Eugene, who advised us to apply for a WCDMA phone. We phoned Telkom and spoke to a Tricia Mahlangu, who emailed us the application. We completed the forms and returned it to her via email on the 12th of September 2013. We have yet heard anything from her. When phoning Telkom, there line is either engaged or just rings not stop. We have also sent numerous emails after 12 September, but no response! Why do they advertise there deals if they can't deliver the service? Pathetic!!!
